We are SO proud to share that your purchases on Giving Tuesday were able to pull, vet, and ship 138 total dogs from overcrowded shelters in Texas, and send them to northern rescues where families are eagerly adopting them. Toby (featured above, left) was a potential euthanasia pup due to overcrowding - but found his home in Seattle, Washington just 1 week after his photo was taken as he loaded onto our transport!
In all, 20% of online purchases went directly to 3 missions - A "Dog Is My CoPilot" / Denison Animal Welfare Group flight with 65 beautiful fur babies who were pulled and flown to rescues in Minnesota & Wisconsin. ALL 65 dogs were adopted! Plus 2 additional ground transports with 73 dogs, coordinated by FarmHouse Fresh's VP of Sales, Delia McLinden who runs an incredible non-profit that has saved nearly 4,000 dogs since its founding in 2019. Archangel Animal Network (AAN) worked closely with both giving and receiving shelters, and transport teams to make this cross-country save possible!
