Will I receive updates if my delivery is delayed?
Yes, if there are any significant delays or changes to your delivery status, we will notify you via email or through your order tracking page.

No Delivery Guarantees -We are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or delivery carrier issues. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us right away at customercare@farmhousefreshgoods.com or 1-888-773-9626 ext. 3. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change, but it’s not guaranteed.
Can I change the delivery address after my order has shipped?
Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If there’s an issue with your delivery address, please contact our customer care team at customercare@farmhousefreshgoods.com or call us at 1-888-773-9626 ext. 3 as soon as possible for guidance on the next steps.
My package shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
We process orders the same day if received before 11 AM CST. Most orders ship within 24 hours on weekdays. Please note that any orders placed after 11:00 am CST on Friday will process on the following Monday. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:
