How do I earn points?

To earn points, you must be enrolled in Farmtopia Rewards within 30 days of the date of purchase. Farmtopia members receive 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases online.

You can also earn points by following us on social media, signing up for SMS alerts, purchasing products, referring your friends, leaving reviews and more.

Please note gift certificates are not eligible for points. 

How do I get points for reviews?

Only reviews on verified purchases will be eligible for rewards points. After your purchase arrives you will receive an email with a link to leave a verified review. Please note that reviews left directly on product pages are not verified and will not be eligible for points.

How does the referral program work?

Send you referral code to a friend, and they will get $15 off their first purchase of $75 or more. After your friend redeems their coupon code, you will receive $15 in points (600 points).

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem points for free products here, or for money off in your cart when you check out.

Can I combine my points with other coupons?

No. Point redemption cannot be combined with any other coupons or deals. 

How do I earn the next rewards tier?

Only points earned from purchases go towards tier advancement. You will be promoted to the next tier 30 days after you earn the required amount of points.

What is the seasonal sale?

The seasonal sale is a once-a-year sales event. Tier 2 (FarmHouse Family) and Tier 3 (FarmHouse Forever) members will get exclusive early access.

What are the 2x 3x point days?

Earn double or triple points (depending on the tier you are in) for purchases made on farmhousefreshgoods.com during 2x, 3x points events.

How can I redeem my free samples?

Your free samples will be automatically added to your order. 

Will my points expire?

Points will only expire if you do not make any purchases for one year (365 days).

Is my rewards level permanent?

Your rewards level is based on the last year (365 days) of purchases. To stay at your current rewards tier, you will need to earn enough points to qualify for that tier each year.

What happens to my points if I request a refund?

Points on refunded items are removed from your account.

How do I claim my Birthday Gift?

You will be emailed a coupon code which you can redeem at checkout.

Can I return my reward?

Rewards cannot be returned for cash or points.

How will I get early access to select product launches?

You will be emailed a link to select new products before they officially launch.

Does free shipping have any restrictions?

Free shipping is only in the contiguous U.S. Free shipping does not apply to AK, HI, PR and Military APO/FPO.

Can I get multiple rewards from the Safe Act Program?

We have several programs running to push this Safe Act.
