Kobe is a 7-year-old cattle dog who’s joining the Sanctuary as a short-term foster! He’s been tagged for transport, which means a partner rescue in another state is ready to find him a forever family—but transportation won’t be available for a few weeks. Without a foster spot, Kobe would have lost his chance for a new home, so we’re giving him a safe, cozy place in the meantime.
Settling In
Kobe will be with us for a few weeks before heading up north to his forever home. He arrived with some skin problems and an ear infection, but he’s a trooper! He’s been getting flea baths, antibiotics, and careful care for his ears—and he’s such a good boy for his medicine.
Cozy Comfort
To keep him warm and snug during his recovery, Kobe even wears a little sweater! It’s the perfect accessory for a puppy on the mend.
You Can Help!
If you’re in the DFW area and want to help puppies like Kobe, you can become a foster! Giving a temporary home means they stay safe, healthy, and loved until transport or adoption.
